| We store your personal data as entered in our web order form, sent to us by email, or by other methods.
We also have to retain data on all financial transactions.

| Our main web site does not use cookies or "web analytics".
Web accesses are logged by the web server. This data is not normally used by us.

| Email advertising
| Our marketing is about as passive as it gets. We reserve the right to contact you by email or post
for product recalls, end of life announcements or similar purposes.

| Third parties
| Our web and email server is hosted by Hetzner in Germany.
We have to pass your address data to logistics partners like UPS or the postal service for shipping
purposes. Your data may become visible to external personnel in the case of e.g. a tax audit.
We do NOT pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

| Forum
| Our customer forum is hosted by Spruz in the USA. Personal
data on this site is limited to your name and email address. This site may use cookies.

| Data retention
| Swiss law requires us to archive business data for 10+ years. This means that we do not have the
right to "forget" you.
