apufix1a	heat spreader placement fixture

Part numbers	apufix1a = heat spreader placement fixture for apu2 / apu3 / apu4 boards. apufix1a0 = low cost version without handles.
Instruction	Use this reusable fixture to allow easy installation of the apu heat spreader in a consistent location. Place fixture over front board standoffs (see photo for correct orientation). Peel protective foil, stick heat spreader in place. Remove fixture.
Note	For apu1d / apu1d4 boards, the heat spreader goes in a different location, cannot use apufix.
