belt2 Squat belt for resistance band training
Description Nylon belt for belt squats. Can also be used for dips. Use a D handle and carabiner (included with band box kit) to pull the resistance band from the middle of the band box.

Length can be adjusted by daisy chain straps.

Note To clip in, first kneel on the Band Box. Then carefully place your feet on the Band Box and start the belt squats / donkey calf raises.

Release band tension before you get off the Band Box ! To avoid instability, make sure that the band is in line with your midfoot (belt squat) or the ball of your feet (calf raise).

Carabiner rated at 12kN - do not use for climbing.
