Most shipments are sent by Swiss Post. Nominal transit time can be

Guide Online. Please allow some additional time for customs clearance. |

Usually next day delivery. No tracking available. |

Air freight |
Most MAWB numbers (master airway bill) can be tracked at
track-trace.com.
If your shipment was sent under CPT term (Carriage Paid To), you or your
forwarder are responsible to clear the shipment through customs, and pick
it up at the airport. |

Air mail |
No tracking available. |
|
Registered Air Mail |
Limited tracking at Swiss Post.
We can start a trace request if overdue, but postal tracking can take up
to two months. |

GLS |
Cheapest option for heavy or multi package shipments to EU customers.
Tracking at GLS. Our rates include
prepaid customs clearance, but GLS will still charge a small handling fee
for advancing your VAT payment. |

PostPac (within Switzerland) |
Usually next business day delivery -

Priority parcel |
Tracking at Swiss Post. In some
countries, your local postal service will provide additional tracking

We can also use the carrier of your choice, using your shipping account
(EXW = ex works term). Please enter the details in the "ship method"
field of the order form. Please check rates in advance to avoid surprises.
DHL / Fedex / TNT / UPS can be VERY expensive from Switzerland. |

Please provide the contact information of your forwarder. We can deliver
the goods to their ZRH airport office at no charge. |

Customer pickup |
We have to charge 7.6% Swiss VAT for orders picked up
at our office. VAT refund can be arranged for larger orders
when evidence of export is given. |

Fedex |
Shipped whenever we have time... since the shipping process on their web
site is very cumbersome...
Please specify your account number and service type (International Priority /
International Economy). The Fedex web site is very finicky about the account
number, specify the billing zip code if different than the ship to. |

Global Economy). |

Please remember that Switzerland is NOT part of the EU, thus all shipments
to EU customers have to pass through customs, and VAT will be due on import.
All EU customers must specify their EORI number in the customs ID field !

Belgium post seems to charge very high fees for customs clearance, suggest
GLS instead. |

DE Germany |
German customs can take up to 2 weeks for dutiable mail shipments. Use priority
parcel or GLS instead. |

ES Spain |
Spanish Post does not always leave a delivery note. Please track your
packages online and contact your post office if necessary. |
|
FR France |
Chronopost does not know how to leave a delivery note or use a telephone.
Please track your package at
chronopost.fr
and call them if necessary. Unclaimed shipments will be returned to
Switzerland. |

IT Italy |
Suggest shipment by GLS. Italian postal customs sometimes takes 2 to 3
weeks. |

PL Poland |
Postal customs clearance seems to be difficult and expensive - recommend
shipping by GLS. |

US United States |
Transit times are not very reliable - if time is of the essence, please
order from local distributors or request shipment by TNT. For orders above
USD 2000, formal customs clearance is required. Tracking at
usps.com. |
